The birds are singing, the squirrels are playing and the bees are buzzing. The grass and flowers are starting to grow and make the yard a beautiful place to set for a while. Since it is getting warmer weather it reminds me that it will not be long before it is time to take a vacation at the beach. That means more will be exposed as it is time to put on the bathing suite. The only problem is, I like most others, put on a few extra pounds during the winter. So, with all of the beautiful sunny days it is time to get outside and get some exercise.

We can always make excuses why we do not have the time or energy to exercise. Everyone is always going to start that diet next week which becomes next month then next year. Well, it is time to stop the excuses and get started today. First, in order to get started you will need a well thought out plan. Think about the amount of time you can devote to exercise each week. Even if it is only 10-15 minutes per day 5 days per week that is a start. Make sure to be serious and set your time periods you will exercise then stay to it. It is smart if you can exercise with a friend or family member as you can help to motivate each other. If you cannot find someone to exercise with do not use this as another excuse to not do it at all.

Next, it is time to plan your diet. Learn to eat in moderation and eat healthy. You know you will cheat from time to time and that is okay but do not make a habit of it. Learn to drink more water and substitute your colas and sweet drinks with flavored water or unsweetened tea. Make sure to eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables; search online for new recipes for healthier cooking. This will give you more variety and help to keep you from suffering from boredom. Most people get a new cell phone every 1-2 years when their contract runs out. Most cell phone providers allow you to purchase a new cell phone at a reduced cost.

There are people who cannot afford cell phone packages which allow them to receive new phones on an on-going basis. These people may want a cell phone with all of the bell and whistles but cannot afford to pay the price the cell providers are asking. This is where your unused cell phones come into play. Your unused phone may be only 1 year old and still work perfectly. There are companies which buy used working cell phones. If you need extra money you may want to sell mobile phones you do not use which will be recycled. This helps someone else who couldn’t afford to pay full price for a new phone, keeps them out of the land fields and gives you some extra money to spend. It is a win-win situation…

I have to take pictures for the Internet business I run but I like to take pictures for fun as well. I take pictures of my family, friends, my hobbies and nature. Now since digital photography is affordable it makes it easy to take endless pictures since you can see what you have taken immediately. Not like the old days of having to have the pictures developed before discovering what you did or did not capture on film.

The only drawback of digital photography is the batteries needed. Some cameras can really eat up the battery power making it essential to have plenty of spares. Cameras which have their own high power battery make it much better since these type batteries seem to last much longer. If you own a camera such as the Sony Cybershot, make sure to buy an extra Sony Cybershot battery and a Sony Cybershot battery charger. No matter what camera you use make sure to purchase an extra battery. You do not what to have a brand new Sony Camera and find yourself with a dead Sony Camera Battery just when you are ready to take that one special shot.

My kids’ school dismisses car riders at 2:30, but I’ve learned that unless I want to wait in line for up to 45 minutes, I need to get there early. The cars start lining up and waiting at 2:00. I usually get there about 2:05 and just sit in my car and surf the clear wireless internet westport. I have to wait 30 minutes usually until the kids come out, but it is either that, or make the kids wait up to 30 minutes for me to get to the front of the car rider line. I’d rather do it this way, and let the kids be able to leave when school is over, and not have to wait in the lobby forever for their name to be called. I know how tired they are after a long day of school, and often they have to use the bathroom and are hungry. I actually kind of enjoy the quiet time I spend in my car every afternoon waiting for the kids to get dismissed.

This looks as though it may have been the warmest winter on record. The weather predictions are for a warm spring and hot summer. Matter of fact, I noticed the trees blooming today.  With the warm temperatures coming very soon you know it will be time to go to the beach and wear less clothing. This may show the extra weight we all gain during the winter months. So, it is time to get fit and trim. Get off the couch and start exercising and eating right.

Not matter how much you look for the magic bullet of weight loss you are really wasting your time. The truth is there is no magic pill, it takes eating right and exercise to lose weight and maintain a healthy weight. You have to make up your mind you will lose weight and do whatever it takes to do so. You may have seen an exercise program or diet plan you like online. By searching online you can find a wealth of knowledge concerning weight loss and diet plans. When choosing a plan may sure it is something you are willing to do and stick with.

Once you have chosen a plan it is time to plan your schedule. Make sure to set aside the time to exercise as well as for meal preparation. Try not to deviate from your meal plan even when your friends try to encourage you to. No one is saying you can never cheat on your diet as that is not realistic. If you do cheat do not do it too frequently and use moderation. This goes for your exercise plan as well; try to stick to the plan.

If you do not have an exercise program then it is time to go online and find a program which will fit your schedule and ability. If you do not have any fitness equipment or your exercise equipment is old and dilapidated then it is time to get new equipment. It is hard to exercise without the proper equipment and can be dangerous if you are using old unsafe equipment. Do not wait until it is time to try the bikini on and then wish you had gotten started to slim down earlier, do it today.
